We source across markets and use work samples to assess judgment, follow-through, and how candidates use AI or automation on tasks relevant to the role.
03
Meet your shortlist
We explain why each candidate made the shortlist, coordinate interviews, and support you through the final decision.

GOOD TO KNOW
FAQ
How do placement fees work?
Apex quotes a placement fee for the search based on the role and scope. Before you approve the search, the written proposal explains the amount, what it covers, and when payment is due. You agree on the hire’s compensation directly with the candidate.
What comes with the shortlist?
We share why each finalist fits the role, evidence from screening or work samples, availability, and suggested interview topics. We coordinate interviews and help you compare feedback before you make the hiring decision.
Who hires and pays the candidate?
Your business hires the candidate directly and agrees on compensation and working arrangements with them. Apex supports the search and selection.
Where do you look for candidates?
We recruit across markets and use your role requirements, preferred working hours, and time zone overlap to guide the search.
Can I set the working hours?
Yes. We discuss your preferred schedule and time zone overlap at the start so we can look for candidates whose availability fits the role.
How do you assess AI skills?
We use role-relevant work samples to see how candidates choose tools, check facts and outputs, and handle sensitive information. If your team already uses specific AI or automation tools, tell us so we can factor those into the search.
What if I’m still defining the role?
Start by listing what you want to hand off and where follow-through tends to stall. That gives us a practical basis for defining the role and screening candidates.
